Shipping Carrier: All items are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery. All orders ship from New York.

· No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday.

· Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)

· Next Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 3 Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered within 3 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.

· Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via express delivery. Please choose Next Day air for your ship method.

· UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a Street address in the U.S for your ship to address.

International Shipping: Currently we do not ship orders internationally.

CALIFORNIA: Products containing python are not available for sale in, or shipment to, the State of California.

In the event that a purchase does not meet your expectation, we are happy to accept  returns within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be unworn and unused, and include all tags, parts, and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear on carpeted areas. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We accept returns based on the following time frames from receipt of your order:

Return Instructions
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (from online purchase deliveries) or in appropriate shipping packaging, along with your original receipt (please include your email address on your receipt) and remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

You must obtain a receipt with a tracking number.
Your return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our return center and customer cannot supply proof of delivery signature.

You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 7 days for in-house processing).

Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.

Items that are ordered for future delivery with the placement of a deposit are not returnable, unless they are not the style/size ordered or are damaged prior to delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless the item delivered is not the style/size ordered, or if we do not deliver the item within the time frame set forth in writing.

We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on You may place your reorder at any time.
